Gevilens is operated by gevidia LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA (“we”, “us”). By using Gevilens you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Gevilens is

Gevilens is a search and price comparison service for products sold by third-party stores. We do not sell products: you buy from each store under its own terms, final prices, returns and customer service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Gevilens with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Prices and AI recommendations

Prices, shipping, availability and ratings come from stores, affiliate networks and search engines. They can change or be wrong: always confirm the final price at the store's checkout. Recommendations are generated automatically by AI, are for general guidance only and are not professional advice.

Affiliate relationships

We earn a commission from some stores when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never let a store rank above an offer that is clearly better for you. How we rank offers and make money.

Free searches and accounts

Gevilens is free up to a daily number of searches; a free account with a confirmed email gets a higher limit. Keep your password secure and give a real email address. We may change the limits, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to run searches or copy content;
• get around the free limits, for example with multiple accounts or by hiding your identity;
• try to access other people's accounts or our admin area, or interfere with the security or operation of the site;
• upload photos you do not have the right to use, or use Gevilens for anything unlawful.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the text, voice recordings and photos you submit. You allow us to process them only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party sites

Links take you to stores and other sites we do not control. Your purchases and your use of those sites are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

The Gevilens name, logo and software belong to gevidia LLC. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

Gevilens is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that prices, availability or recommendations are accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gevidia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for purchases you make on third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
